In 1998, the Guidry’s purchased Ocean Select Seafood. As the brand grew, we saw an opportunity to deliver retail shrimp to consumers, grocers, and the food service industry.
In 2009, we launched Louisiana Select Food under Ocean Select Seafood and began selling retail shrimp. We continue to expand and can now be found in over 1,200 stores.
