Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ocean Select Shrimp
- 2 cups precut trinity mix
- 2 lbs cut okra
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 quarts seafood stock
- Dry roux mix
- Creole seasoning to taste
Directions
- Sauté okra and trinity mix in oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add dry roux mix and seafood stock.
- Mix with whisk until smooth.
- Bring to a boil and add Shrimp.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with your favorite creole seasoning.
- Serve with rice or potato salad.
